This is a two-part report: Andrew Holman reports on recent developments in the London borough of Southwark whereby people who formerly lived in institutions are being rehoused in the community. It is therefore an evaluation of the individualised approach. In the second part Steve Dowson looks at both the implementation of service brokerage in the UK as part of a review which V.I.A has been asked to do, as well as a brief history and explanation of service brokerage.
