This article provides an overview of the inclusive education vs. segregation debate, and discusses the role education plays in creating inclusive communities. It references studies that demonstrate that inclusive education provides real advantages for students without disability. Finally, the article argues that full inclusion can be used to create a better education system to meet the needs of all students.
