This booklet records a 3-year project undertaken in Lambeth (UK) whose overall theme is supporting inclusive communities. Through organised workshops (including PATH workhops) and other events, young people with disability, adults with disability, and parents and allies were given the opportunity to voice their experience of the alienation brought about by segregation. More importantly, they were given opportunities to voice their dreams for a socially just community and to consider creative ways with which to achieve an inclusive community for Lambeth.
