Competitive Employment: Has it become "first choice" yet?

This article addresses the issue of availability of competitive employment for individuals with significant disabilities compared to segregated day and work services. This article is looking at the American example of community integration for individuals with significant disabilities and noting that despite significant legal events the majority of individuals with significant disabilities are not working in competitive employment.
