This policy document, prepared by the Redfern Legal Centre, sets out clear and comprehensive guidelines which would provide a valuable resource to service providers with regard to AIDS and people who have an intellectual disability. It is intended to promote the rights of people with intellectual disabilities who may be affected by or in fear of HIV.
