The booklet "A Vision of Opportunity" presents the experiences of 10 youths and adults with significant disabilities who worked toward and achieved career goals using innovative natural support approaches. The guide documents how individuals with disability can work in business in their communities, highlighting the importance of employment opportunities for all. "Opportunity Resource" describe how businesses benefit by hiring individuals with disability, attempts to dispel concerns employers may have and identifies specific strategies businesses found that contributed to their success in employing people with disability.
