Rules for funding social change for people with disabilities

Written Material

The authors give a list and brief explanation of 16 'rules' to keep in mind when attempting to enact progressive social change. Some excellent ones include: "Rule 3: Successful social change efforts enlist allies in the cause", "Rule 4: Systems don't change: people do", and within 'Rule 2', they write "Real change...is more likely to be found around small informal projects developed by a visionary leader on the margins of established practice".
