This article describes the many aspects of inclusion and argues that communities of diversity are better and more productive places in which to live and learn, and those that reject diversity put us all at risk. It discusses the severe reactions to inclusion and people who have disabilities by describing the three "monsters" which need to be faced: - Fear, Control and Change. Keyword: Inclusion
