From Munchausen to Cassandra: A critique of Hollander's "Euthanasia and Mental Retardation"

Written Material

This article should be read in conjunction with File numbers 10345, 10346 and 10348. The author believes that Hollander's central argument is valid. His critique centre's upon Hollander's "flimsy evidence" and "lack of supportive data" for his assertions. He also argues that Hollander portrays all service providers as villains, wrongly defines "euthanasia" and that Hollander's historical analysis of the "eugenocide" movement in America is flawed.
