In this forceful article, Jim McMenamin laments the lack of continuing commitment on the part of government to the Disability Services Act and Commonwealth/State Disability Agreement. He draws attention to the fact that people with disability are still oppressed and voices the belief that, if change is to be effected, we need to be unified in purpose, intent, thought and action.
