This brief article profiles a New Hampshire high school that has created a vision of education that values belonging and achievement for all students. Souhegan High School, where the issues of equity and excellence are realised in both philosophy and practice, has successfully addressed many of the issues that face schools throughout the country - heterogeneous classes, innovative curriculum design, authentic assessment, meaningful career/life planning, and full inclusion.
