This comprehensive study examines the post school options for people who have disability in NSW. Amongst others, the results indicate a lack of vocational facilities for young people who have high support needs and a pressing need for effective programs to encourage employers to include people who have disability as potential employees. Surveys looked at what is currently available, parent, professional and community attitudes, transition and the role of schools. Keyword: Transition
