This book is a clearly set out guide on how to make a representative complaint under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA). The first section of the guide deals with requirements under sections 69 and 89 of the DDA and is illustrated with examples. The second section looks at practical issues such as choosing witnesses, dealing with media etc. Appendix A covers experience with the representative complaints procedure to date. Keyword: Legal
